Strayed away from narrow boundaries means if males cross their fine limits.

Dress down mean inappropriate dresses and discounted as trivial means they will be considered as traditional

That's what I understand when I read it

- strayed away from quite narrow boundaries = to start to think from little choices
- dress down = to dress on casual way
- discounted as trivial = seems to be unimportant

I have got 1 just in quick thinking, however, I do not still get the 2 one.

I want a deep and clear explanation.
