Please help :)
Simon, why did you give your opinion in this essay?
I am so confused because this question does not ask for opinion?

I wonder, how I will speed up my reading with better understanding. I'm a reader of normal speed.
I can skim quickly but I can't guess all meanings. In addition, when I read loudly I can't exceed normal speed and start stammering slightly.
So, what shoul I do, skimming or sound reading to boost my reading speed.

I read a lot. For Example, I read e-papers, BBC,Reuters, The Guardian. I generally do not make sound when I read those things.
Actually, I skim more than making sound.
