If I use both American and British spelling together in IELTS writing, would it affect my score? For example, if I write airplane once, then aeroplane in a second time in the same piece of writing.

Spelling has to be consistent in each individual piece of writing, otherwise it is an error. I don't know why you would choose to spell a word two different ways in an essay.

my name is Resul and im from Turkey , i did my degree in Malaysia and i stayed in oversea for 9 years, my question is about grammar for ielts exam , Do you have any recommendation for me to improve my grammar section because i am afraid that i wont be able to do well during writing section ( by the way i know i can write ) any useful tools or tips please for grammar ?
