3. global warming
4. factors
5. greenhouse

7. human beings
8. temperature

Well done if you got the answers right!

Su:

You could write "activity" (meaning the total of all human activities) or "activities" (meaning the various different activities). Both would be fine.

Simon

Hi Simon,

Can we write "green house" instead of "greenhouse"?

I met the same problem in one of the Cambridge IELTS book... a map question in the listening test (New town or Newtown)

Thanks a lot

Hi Leslie,

If the question allows 2 words, I'm sure that "green house" and "new town" would also be accepted. If the question tells you to use "maximum one word", they wouldn't be accepted.

1. nature
2. activity
3. global warming
4. factors
5, greenhouse
6. ??
7. human being
8. .?

Hi Simon,It is heard that in IELTS listening test, the speking style of lecturer's changed and it is hard to score in the listening test due to this change. Is it true? If true how can we overcome it?
Thank you
