criteria (plural) -> the criteria are

Unfortunately this is a word (borrowed from Greek) where the Greek singular/plural has been carried over into English and stuck.

My speaking test is scheduled on next Tuesday. I need a clear description of "Unusual Meals/Foods" for cue card or section 2. Is there anyone can help??
