my general IELST EXAM is on 1 FEb 2018 can you add me in your group !!

I practice my listening skills by listening a lot of podcasts and watching some footages on youtube roughly 3 hours on a daily basis. Regularly I grasp above 80% , however, there are some days when I don't understand at the same level for an unknown reason and I don't know why. I feel confused, sometimes it's kind of a disheartening situation. Is this a normal behavior?.

Finally,when the source is situated far which it's basically how the test is given, it's more difficult to understand than if earphones are used. what should I do in this case? or what is the best way to practice these test?
