Hello @Saimon

In a writing task 1 the unit of population was given ('000s ). Now problem is that how can I write when I elaborate the it.

Example: 1.250 thousands people or
2. 250000 people.

Should we add the article 'a' before '5.9%'? I believe 'increase' is a countable noun.
