E) 'so the always online organization is actually an always unproductive organization.'

that I listened, but I can't recognize unstressed words such as preposition, articles.
I wonder how I can improve my listening.I have listened to the news on the radio almost everyday for almost three years. However, I even don't know whether I fail to catch something words or not, because I can't recognize these sounds.
I believe that listening TED and news is very good for practice. I can check words which I don't know and I can check pronunciations, but how can I practice with unaware sounds?

I wrote this transcript.please help me to complete it .
The fact is multitasking is a myth. Our brain can't do it. You simply become less efficient and more distructive, your error rate goes up fifty percent, and it takes twice as long to do the same task. Listen to what Tim Jake task to say, he is a co-founder of Point.B , a leading business of consulting form.
It is .......after that the focus that .............. are effective. There are times when is suggest inportant to focus on one thing. I think we also need to give people permission to checkout the communication networks temporarily to get things done because, when you are always online you are always distracted. Right, in the braim of .........us that is a very unproductive mood at the end. So, the always online organization is actually unproductive organization.
Now I am somehow sure that right answers will be:

Hello Sophia.

I listen to BBC, watch movies from several countries and finally I enrolled in several courses on this web page (www.futurelearn.com)to up my listening and reading skills.I improved them a lot.
Paticularly, you have to focus on other types of words (I mean words which change the meaning of the sentence such as However)

In my last exam I got 8.5 in the listening test two months ago. Unfortunately I had problems in other areas.

Keep it up, do the tests of the Cambridge books and learn from your mistakes.

Hi TitoPuente,

Thank you so much for your advice. I really appreciate it. Especially, focusing on other types of words.I haven't thought about it ever.

Hi saiedeh,

Thank you for your transcript. Knowing how others listen to the recording helps me.

Everyone
I would appreciate if you share any information about online news with subtitles or online programs for short presentations with subtitles.
TED and most news don't have subtitles. I love to watch films, but they are too long to watch everyday. I would like to check which sounds I fail to catch.

Hi Sophia,
I suppose it can be a good way to listen to one part every night and try to write its transcrip. After a short period you will definitely see a great deal of improvement on your listening, when you want to distinguish every words in listening, Although everybody has its own style.

CORRECT ANSWERS FROM SIMON:

1. A
2. D, E

In question 2, why are the other answers wrong? I'll try to explain:

A - He describes this as a "fallacy" - a mistaken belief.
B - He says there are TIMES when it's important to focus on one thing (not ALWAYS).
C - He says that people need permission to "check out of the communications network" - in other words, people need to be allowed to escape from communications while they do their work. The permission is to "check out", not to get things done.

Listen to D and E, and try to understand why they are the correct answers.

Hello Simon,
I have found this video from TED-ED.You could make a good listening topics. Here is the link.....http://ed.ted.com/lessons/the-pangaea-pop-up-michael-molina/
