Third, they regularly ______ themselves about the benefits of obtaining their goal. Fourth, they gave themselves a small ______ each time they obtained one of their small steps. Dear Nada,
I think the words are:
Second, they told friends and family what they were trying to achieve, SO THAT ELICITED MORE OF a fear of failure but also a sense of support.

I am listening to the video several times but there are two places I can't hear clearly:
1. most of them failed, but 10% they...
2. so they know exactly where they were... to actually achieving their New Year's Resolution.
Please help me to find out them.
Thank you your help.

Hi Neda,
Thanks a lot for your prompt reply.
However, your sentence at the point no.2 is placed before my question.
The sentence I ask is placed in the middile at three dots "so they know exactly where they were... to actually achieving their New Year's Resolution"
Could you and everyone please help me again?
Thank you.

Hi Simon
I am really interested in your site. I have an exam 2 weeks later and I have encountered a question. I did not know where to ask but I hope you answer my question ASAP.
is it wrong to write "gasworks" "gas works" in listening test? or "staterooms" instead of "state rooms".
I ask this because when I practice Cambridge test books there are examples like this that I have started to worry about.
what is your advise?
