Dear Nada,

I think the words are:

Second, they told friends and family what they were trying to achieve, SO THAT ELICITED MORE OF a fear of failure but also a sense of support.

I took speaking test today. the topic is describe ur favouriate meal. what it is, where did you have it, why you like it. further questions are 1 advertising's impact ,2 school education about healthy diet 3 comparison of food we eat in the past and now

Hi Simon and everyone,

I am listening to the video several times but there are two places I can't hear clearly:
1. most of them failed, but 10% they...
2. so they know exactly where they were... to actually achieving their New Year's Resolution.

Please help me to find out them.
Thank you your help.
UT.

Hi UT
I think he said:
1.But 10% did obtain their aims and ambitions.

2.They mapped out their progress even on spreadsheet or fridge door or the journal.

I hope it can help.

Hi Neda,

Thanks a lot for your prompt reply.

However, your sentence at the point no.2 is placed before my question.

The sentence I ask is placed in the middile at three dots "so they know exactly where they were... to actually achieving their New Year's Resolution"

Could you and everyone please help me again?

Thank you.
UT.

I suppose it should be like that:
...and those with 5 key principles who actually achieving these new resolutions.

Sorry,
...and those with 5 key principles who actually achieving their New Year's Resolutions.

Thanks Aleksandra Bucholc!

Hi Simon
I am really interested in your site. I have an exam 2 weeks later and I have encountered a question. I did not know where to ask but I hope you answer my question ASAP.
is it wrong to write "gasworks" "gas works" in listening test? or "staterooms" instead of "state rooms".
I ask this because when I practice Cambridge test books there are examples like this that I have started to worry about.
